1999 Sierra Scoop mailed their first zone to the rural communities of Antelope Valley, CA (Mono County).  Circulation encompasses 4 zones and over 34,000 publications mailed through the United States Postal Service! We’re independent, locally owned and operated in Douglas County, Nevada!
